Also, you can make an initial reservation through our website email, and a customer care representative from Honeywell Incentives A.S.G Ltd will contact you to confirm your reservation.
All payments regarding hotels and transportation will be made directly to the Honeywell Incentives A.S.G Ltd PRIOR TO ARRIVAL either by credit card or by bank transfer. Also, be advised that there will be representatives at the airport to greed and assist you upon arrival.
• Upon registration there is a 25% deposit charge payable by credit card or bank transfer
• Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis.
• Reservations must be made prior to March 1 st 2008 .
• Cancellations after the deadline will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
• Last-week cancellations and no-shows will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
• Payment of extra charges (mini bar/telephones/extra meals/room service) is the solemn responsibility of hotel guests, and these extra charges are paid directly to the hotel.
